Dynamite is a common explosive weapon which can easily be found in ordinary buildings.
When the player holds this item and clicks, the Dynamite will be ignited, and can be dropped or thrown to the user's liking before it detonates.
It instantly kills anyone standing near it, and has the power to fling objects and destroy vehicles.
