Racing Oil is a canister containing atleast one or more liquids needed to maintain a vehicle ( gas, diesel, water, oil ). It is commonly found in most buildings except for the starter house.

Caution needs to be exerted when pouring the contents of a Racing Oil can into a car part due to the possibility of pouring the wrong liquid in, thus leading to the part not working.
The canister can be opened (by pressing "e" on the cap) and tipped over to pour out any unwanted liquids.
