July 2-10th[]
Many youtubers start making videos about dixmeen (The old dev) explaining his new game, the differences between jandel's game and dixmeen's game and leaks of the new game. Also despising a dusty trip for it's P2W content since around this time there weren't that many F2P cars around mostly on P2W content.
July 15th[]
Game is given to DoBig for further development. Jandel announced that he couldn't take massive amount of hate so he handed dev work to another person. Some players suggest that transferring the development to Do_Big was a very bad idea because some have said that he was actually the one who thought of the "P2W" content which is something the players seriously didn't want. Luckily, More vehicles obtained by quests and F2P currency (By also doing quests and traversing through the battlepass) have been added to the game in the past few updates. Some players still have suspicions that Jandel couldn't have left so easily some even thinking that he had made enough money from A dusty trip so he dropped down the Development to Do_Big's hands.
September 7th[]
At 7:00 PM GMT+3, Dixmeen (The old developer of a dusty trip before it was sold to Jandel) released the Untitled Trip Game ALPHA. It has higher like ratio than ADT. Active players peaked at 2246 (first day) and will probably gain more due the game's quality. But A dusty trip may stay relevant due to it's easier gameplay. Because UTG has more reasons for car not to start (battery, undrainable liquids). You can also crash and after crashing you need to pick up the parts that went flying off the car and sometimes, They can go really far. So don't crash. But Untitled trip may have the advantage of being F2P which may be an element that can make it arguably better than a dusty trip.
